The Evermay community is located in McLean on the northeastern edge of Fairfax County, Virginia. It has two sections divided by Rt. 123.

 

The section on the north side of Rt. 123 contains 32 homes on Dunaway Dr. & Dunaway Ct.  and a private tennis court for the Dunaway residents.

 

The larger portion of Evermay is made up of 134 homes and lies on the south side of Rt. 123 consisting of the Potomac School Road entrance and surrounding streets.
 

There are many amenities and activities in the surrounding area including parks and trails, shopping, cultural activities, and transportation resources.
